Session 29
Blood and brain matter slide off the tip of Victor’s warpick. The motionless syndicate member was sent to the outerlife moments ago as the focus is now turned to the second creature standing Entangled in vines wrought by Peach.
Snow falls as creatures nearby panic from the show of violence played out in mere seconds.
The syndicate headhunter phases to Aydriann, catching him off guard delivering a critical blow knocking him unconscious. Ember rages along with Victor and takes down the syndicate headhunter. Before coming two, Aydriann sees a blurred figure standing over him. The group see the Judge flares go off and quickly catch the incoming train.
The creature of blue hands approaches Victor on the train and sits next to him as Orianna and Peach have a sibling quarrel. The stranger from before tells Victor he’ll need to make a choice. The stranger also tells Victor that Melina fears for her father Hawk and the broken state his family is in.
The train pulls to a stop and the group heads to Neverspire where they bear witness to a gruesome scene. Venoxyin tackles Aydriann to the ground to keep him quiet as Preslynn flies over in tears. Preslynn and Venoxyin tell the group they witnessed Cassara murdering Korabosch, Krildrish and Fayra by exploding their craniums. Vossler shows up soon after the explanation with Kayde 9 in his grasp. Cassara paces back and forth looking worried as Vossler yells “what have u done”. The group make a quick plan to rescue Kayde by shooting an arrow with Darkness casted on it. It works and out of the darkness springs Kayde 9. They all head to the abandoned stadium nearby and regroup.
Kayde 9 offers to take the group to cavern city in the mountains to try to get a safe haven.
While walking to cavern city Melina shows up looking for Victor. Orianna and Kai talk to Ember tell her they were to seek out her and Yeivesa but for what reason not sure.
Aydriann read the prologue of gray blood and the god killer.
Jazouhr says he killed Thomas Mair and followers destroyed the memory stones. Jaz tells Aydriann that Xanthos is the only one that can see the future amongst the gods.
The group finally make it to Cavern city where Kayde leads everyone to Kayde’s home.
