In the heart of this tempest we find ourselves in, a calm envelops us. With the raging storm of the world of Fornova bears upon us, we have few perspectives we can proceed with. We can look towards the tranquil light in the eye of the storm and accept our fate. We can look towards the relentless storm and challenge fate by bracing the storm. Or we look downwards into watery depths and embrace a fate where darkness holds sway.
Within the confines of the Valiant, its bulk gently settled upon the icy waters, Elira and Peach find conversation to be solace(saw-liss) in the Twin’s bedroom aglow with soft luminescence of muted lamps. The chill of the winter night permeates the air, seeping through the metallic walls.

Orianna realizing she wanted to talk to her twin brother, Peach, lays in wait while Elira and Peach finish talking. While waiting Muvara pays a visit to Orianna and asks her if she wants to save her older brother, Sirius. She replies more than anything.
Everyone else sleeping it seems as this night comes to a rest as a few burn the midnight oil. Peach finds out from Elira that inside of the Syn tree the legendary god weapon of Soleil sits. He also finds out from Elira that the Syn Fruit can cause you to lose the ability to lie and may even freeze you to death. The Cult of Noite tells everyone to not touch the weapon, that it is for the betrayers foretold in the prophecy.
Orianna and Peach have a chat about the plan for tomorrow in regards to the information they just learned. They also talk about past life.
Dax has a rude awakening by Fungar wanting to get a big shiny on the ship. Dax, drunk , doesn’t want to move so he allows Fungar to take control. Moments later he is awakened again but in the aether chamber where Zaelira stands ready to slay him. Dax finds out quickly Fungar has made a mistake and must escape. The situation de-escalated quickly when Dax explains he is a keeper of stories and what’s to know more about the crystal and her story. Zaelira tells Dax in the valley of the ship that she had messed up a ritual while her son had wandered into the room and become trapped in the crystal.
In the morning Venoxyin comes to Aydriann in what seems to be an over outfitted look to start the day adventuring. When Venoxyin stares into the Galley, she sees Christine Daae for the first time and Aydriann sees her look of awe and want. Venoxyin makes light of the situation and says she needs to stay on the ship and make sure that Christine doesn’t bite the crew.
Melina asks Ember if she can stay and research more on the weapon they are about to get. Ember says she should come and Melina agrees. The group splits into two, one to stay on the ship and come up with a plan and the other to go out to shore and greet the creatures that have gathered around the dock. The group that stayed on the ship find out from Elira that there is a path to get into the cave without confronting Alaric.
