A Lost Friend
Section titled “A Lost Friend”Christine, cured of vampirism, immediately asks about Venoxyin.
The group delivers the grim truth… Venoxyin isn’t with them and she is trapped in Eden…Christine is devastated by the news.
She insists she wants to help bring Venoxyin back.
After some gentle words, the party convinces her to wait safely in the theater until their return.
Aelbrine
Section titled “Aelbrine”Cassara approaches Ember and admits she knows about Marcelline… she learned of her the first time she touched Ember’s mind.
Cassara offers advice. Ember’s Edrym could cure Marcelline if she has that type of power over the Edrym. Cassara said it might be possible… but warned her to be careful.
Cassara’s price for asking was steep, and she confesses she still regrets the bargain she made with Edmeera.
Reunion
Section titled “Reunion”The party decides their next step is to reach the Kaicrumao.
But first, they must reunite Zaelira with Maeryn/Poe.
In the Aetherchamber aboard The Valiant, Ember shares with Maeryn what was written in the time.
Then… at last… Zaelira, Xalphor, and Maeryn/Poe are reunited.
Poe’s son, still bound within the crystal, assists with their next task: teleportation.
A brief warning from Muvara that teleportation will cause a gap in the veil and the group will be seen.
The strange snowstorms are interfering with planar travel.
After several failed attempts from the group and Zaelira, Ember manages to succeed, teleporting everyone to the Kaicrumao.
Kaicrumao
Section titled “Kaicrumao”A squad of Black Aerie warriors port in to attack them.
Aydriann quickly dispels one of the incoming portals, buying precious time.
With skirmish underway, they find themselves on the Mythlight campus, not far from the Runespire.
